Scorpion overlooks the Newport Beach Civic Center in a two year sculpture exhibition sponsored by the Newport Beach Arts Foundation. Civic Center Park, designed by renowned landscape architectural firm PWP, converted nearly half a million square feet of undeveloped land into a new public park in 2013.
